Problem :
Users faced several issues with existing delivery apps:
Complicated onboarding and sign-up flows
Cluttered home screens with too many categories
Confusing checkout process
Lack of real-time order tracking clarity
Low trust due to poor visual hierarchy and inconsistent UI



Solution :
Live map tracking
Visual progress timeline (Order Confirmed → Preparing → Out for Delivery → Delivered)
Estimated delivery time highlighted
Direct call/chat with rider
Result: Increased user trust and reduced support queries.



Challenge :
1. Balancing Information & Simplicity
Delivery apps require a lot of data (prices, discounts, delivery time, ratings).
→ Solution: Used strong visual hierarchy, whitespace, and card-based layout.
2. Designing for Multiple User Types
New users vs. returning users needed different flows.
→ Solution: Personalized home experience for logged-in users.
3. Conversion Optimization
High cart abandonment rates.
→ Solution: Simplified checkout, reduced distractions, improved CTA visibility.
Summary :
Deliverix focused on clarity, speed, and trust. By simplifying the UI, improving the checkout flow, and enhancing real-time tracking, the app delivered a frictionless user experience that increased conversions and retention.
